Leung Hung On has over 8 years of training experiences specializing in team building, leadership facilitation, personal development, as well as event consultation, design and management. He began his career in Outward Bound Hong Kong as an Instructor and later as Corporate Manager.
His professional career in experiential learning is maturing and he has already been given the opportunity to conduct courses for various participants with diverse backgrounds. Besides facilitating various team building programs. On has been a core team member to run the SmarTone HK Challenge event in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 & 2012 where teams are challenged mentally and physically plus to help raise funds for local charities.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Leung Hung On is fluent in Cantonese and English. He is able to work and communicate with both Chinese and English speaking participants. In his years studying at an international school, he was exposed to different nationalities and cultures. On went on to study architecture at the United Kingdom for three years. Being a keen outdoor person, he finished his studies and went back to Hong Kong to pursue a career in the outdoors.
As a keen outdoor person, he has done many outdoor activities ranging from team sports to individual challenges. Started off with football, rugby and athletics, he has gone to do more challenging sports like Action Asia in Macau, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He has also challenged himself by reaching the summit of ErGuNiang mountain in Si Chuan which is 5454m above sea level in 2006. Also, he went up to Mountain Yatsukatage in Japan which is 2899m above sea level in 2007.
